Realistically, how long am I waiting?

From our Woodstock Terrace base a van is usually with you inside 45 minutes anywhere in E14, and 60–90 minutes across E1, E16 and SE8. Stuck on a live carriageway or a tunnel approach? Say so on the phone and we'll push you to the front of the queue.

Question 2

I have no idea what size my tyres are.

Accepted Answer

You don't need to. Read us the number plate and our system returns the exact size, load index and speed rating the manufacturer fitted — including staggered front/rear setups on performance cars.

Question 3

When and how do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After the job is finished, never before. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at the roadside, and a VAT invoice lands in your inbox the same day. Fleet and trade accounts can be billed monthly instead.

Question 4

Will you try to repair it or just sell me a tyre?

Accepted Answer

We repair whenever it's legal to. A puncture in the central tread zone under 6mm gets a proper inside plug-and-patch. Sidewall damage, run-flats that have been driven flat, or previously botched repairs get replaced — and we'll show you exactly why.

Question 5

My locking wheel nut key is gone.

Accepted Answer

Happens constantly, especially on leased cars. Every van carries extraction sockets that lift off almost any locking nut without the key, and we can supply a fresh set before we leave.

Question 6

Can you work in an underground car park or on the estate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work daily in Wharf-side and residential underground decks — our jacks and balancers are built for low-clearance bays. Just tell us the level and any height restriction when you book.

Question 7

Do you fit part-worn tyres?

Accepted Answer

Never. We only fit new, dated stock so we can stand behind every wheel that leaves us — and so you know what you're actually paying for.
